Ruth Keenoy is a historic preservation specialist currently employed at Landmarks Association of St. Louis, where she has worked since 2010. She has worked in the field of preservation for nearly 25 years and during that time, written numerous National Register nominations, conducted Section 106 and Section 4(f) assessments, worked on environmental impact statements and conducted HABS (Historic American Building Survey) level documentation. Prior to Landmarks, Ms. Keenoy worked as an architectural historian for TRC and the Tennessee Department of Transportation. She has a Master of Arts in History from Middle Tennessee State University.
